Orders and Shipping

How do I place an order?

Once you are logged in and verified, you can easily place your order through our online store. To do so, add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process.

What does buyer verification mean, and how does it work?

As a partner of Siemens Industry Software GmbH, we are committed to adhering to their compliance guidelines. For security and compliance reasons, we therefore verify business customers once before their first order. As a rule, we also check whether the shipment of our products to their country of use is subject to any export or import restrictions.

This verification process is initiated automatically after you create a user account and may take up to 3 business days. Once verification is complete, you will receive a notification, be able to view prices in the store, and purchase items online with just a few clicks.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the product selected and any configuration work required, and is typically 6 to 10 weeks.

We will inform you of the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Yes, orders can be modified until we send our order confirmation. After that, we will be happy to review any changes upon request. Please send your request, including the order number.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally under our partnership agreement. Please note that depending on the destination country, additional shipping times, taxes, or customs duties may apply.

How much are the shipping costs?

Unless otherwise specified in the quote or order, no additional shipping costs will be charged.

How is the delivery handled, and who is the contact person?

Delivery is typically handled by Siemens’ logistics partners and may consist of partial shipments. Novicos remains your primary point of contact for all questions regarding delivery.

What preparations need to be made before installation?

Typically, the customer provides the computer. We would be happy to provide you with technical specifications. We offer remote support for software installations—please provide us with the necessary remote access.
