Our standard terms for business customers are payment within 30 days net of delivery or service. We are happy to arrange alternative payment terms with you on a case-by-case basis in the quote or order confirmation.

Upon request, we offer prepayment or pro forma invoicing. For projects, leasing or financing through Siemens Financial Services is also available—please feel free to contact us.
All prices are net and exclude applicable sales tax. For EU companies with a valid VAT ID, the reverse-charge procedure may be applied. We invoice in EUR; other currencies are available upon request.
You will receive the invoice as a PDF via email after delivery or service completion. When placing your order, please provide your full billing address and, if applicable, order numbers or cost centers to ensure smooth processing.
Delivery time depends on the product selected and any configuration work required, and is typically 6 to 10 weeks. We will confirm the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation and proactively notify you of any changes.
We typically ship via Siemens’ logistics partners. These partners vary depending on the size of the shipment and the destination country. This ensures you benefit from reliable processing and professional handling—even for complex shipments.
To expedite delivery, orders can be shipped in partial shipments. Once your shipment is on its way, we will provide you with tracking information upon request.
Unless otherwise specified in the quote or order, no additional shipping costs will be charged.
We offer international shipping under our partnership agreement. Please note that, depending on the destination country, additional shipping times, taxes, customs duties, and import fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Depending on the product and destination region, orders may be subject to export control checks. In such cases, we will provide transparent information about the status and any potential impact on the delivery date.
Please make sure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the shipping address during normal business hours on weekdays. Check incoming shipments promptly for any damage or missing items, and notify us immediately with photos and the delivery note number so we can assist you quickly.
As a rule, the customer provides the hardware (e.g., the computer). We will inform you of the minimum technical requirements in advance. We provide support for software installations and configurations via secure remote access; on-site services are available upon request.
