The Simcenter Testlab Qsources Mid High Frequency Source is a precise acoustic monopole excitation device with an integrated real-time sound intensity sensor. A flexible hose conducts the sound from a driver to an instrumented nozzle, where the sound is emitted. It is virtually omnidirectional and is used for (vibro-)acoustic FRF measurements. The frequency range of this version is between 200 and 10,000 Hz.
