The SCES-V6-PD2-C is a combined, multifunction conditioning unit for 6 single-ended voltage/ICP® input channels and 2 pulse/tacho/DAC channels. It also provides 3 digital pulse/tacho inputs, which can also be used for an incremental encoder channel.

The unit thus combines classic voltage signal acquisition, ICP® sensor power supply, analog pulse/tacho acquisition, digital pulse/tacho acquisition, DC sensor power supply, and DAC output in a compact, 1-slot design.

The SCES-V6-PD2-C provides the following connections:

• 6 × CAMAC for single-ended voltage/ICP® inputs
• 3 × 4-pin LEMO-compatible connectors for pulse, tachometer, and DAC functions

The pulse/DAC channels can be used either as differential analog pulse/tacho inputs or as semi-differential DAC outputs. Supported devices include piezoelectric ICP® sensors, voltage inputs up to ±60 V, analog tacho signals, digital pulse/tacho signals, incremental encoders, and quadrature encoders.

Compared to the SCES-V6-PD2-B, the SCES-V6-PD2-C features CAMAC connectors for the voltage/ICP® channels as well as 4-pin LEMO-compatible connectors for pulse/tacho/DAC functions. It is also designed as a 1-slot unit and supports a DC sensor power supply for the pulse/tacho channels via the non-coaxial connector variant.
