The SCES-REC is a compact recorder unit with integrated data acquisition, storage, synchronization, and interface capabilities for professional measurement, testing, and validation applications.
The unit combines an autonomous recorder function with a removable CFexpress memory card, GNSS synchronization, USB 3.0 camera connectivity, Ethernet communication, 2 CAN/CAN-FD buses, and combined pulse/tacho and DAC channels in a 1-slot design.
For speed, tachometer, and encoder applications, 2 digital pulse/tachometer inputs and 2 analog pulse/tachometer inputs are available. The analog channels can also be configured via software as two semi-differential DAC outputs. Supported signals and devices include analog tachometer signals, variable-reluctance sensors, digital pulses, incremental encoders, quadrature encoders, CAN 2.0B, CAN-FD, GNSS signals, and USB 3.0 cameras.
The SCES-REC is particularly well-suited for mobile measurement tasks, autonomous data logging, vehicle and test bench applications, as well as combined measurements involving bus data, GNSS time reference, camera recording, and pulse/tacho signals.
