SCL-FR4

The FR4 module provides an interface for connecting to a FlexRay network and monitoring FlexRay-based messages. The message stream is synchronized with Simcenter SCADAS's internal sampling rate.

  • Supports two dual-FlexRay channel configurations for improved fault tolerance and/or increased bandwidth.
  • In accordance with the FlexRay protocol specifications V2.1A.

The FlexRay communication bus is a deterministic, fault-tolerant, and high-speed bus system developed in collaboration with automotive manufacturers and leading suppliers. FlexRay meets the fault-tolerance and timing requirements for X-by-Wire applications (e.g., drive-by-wire, steer-by-wire, brake-by-wire, etc.).
