Simcenter SCADAS Mobile, with a sampling rate of up to 5 kHz for environmental testing, has two sources, a digital/analog SYNC/IRIG-B input that can be switched to tachometer mode, a controlled emergency shutdown, an AC-DC adapter, and an internal battery. It has a standard Ethernet (UTP) interface, a battery life of at least 64 minutes, and is certified to MIL-STD-810F.

The SCADAS Mobile is a specialized modular front-end system for vibration control applications. It features two 24-bit signal generator outputs, connectivity for a hardware emergency stop switch, and a slot for up to 216 input channels. The Simcenter SCADAS Mobile vibration control frame uses high-speed serial Ethernet with a maximum throughput rate of 14 M samples/sec to transfer data for all channels to the host.

Ultra-quiet
Since the SCADAS Mobile does not have a fan, it is the ideal system for critical acoustic measurements. The combination of three advanced technologies makes fans unnecessary.
battery operation
The SCADAS-Mobile has an integrated battery for mains-independent operation for a maximum of two and a half hours. The battery is automatically charged when an external power supply is connected.
Primary-secondary interface
SCADAS Mobile supports measurements with up to 1,024 channels in a maximum of 31 frames.
Multi-frame configurations
SCADAS Lab, Mobile, and Recorder frames can be combined in a single measurement configuration. All frames can be connected to a single 10 Gbit switch, which streams the combined data to a PC running Testlab™.
Maximum throughput is guaranteed for up to 186 channels at a sampling rate of 204.8 kHz.
